Registration fee

Registration includes the following:

• Conference bag, name tag and program;
• Access to all conference events and exhibitions;
• Two meals (lunches) and five coffee breaks.
• Bus shuttle to the Museum of Mechanical Music + visit and guided tour
• Conference digital certificate

Note: registration fees do not include the conference dinner on June 29. Presenters wishing to attend the dinner must add 26€ to their payment.

Registration Instructions

1. You can start your registration by clicking on the button ‘Register here’ in S&I Media’18 Homepage;
2. In the registration form please fill the fields as required.
   For the the section ‘Course/ Conference/ Training’ consider these instructions:
   • Edition: [Choose the type of registration: ‘Standard Presenter’ or ‘Student Presenter’ and consider the options that include the conference dinner in case you are interested.]
3. If you want to register as a student please upload a pdf of your student card in the ‘Attachments’ section in the field ‘Identification Card’. No attachments are required for standard presenters.
4. Please note that complete registration requires full payment and the relevant supporting documents. Payment must be made in euros.
